We have worked with Canada’s leading organic baby food brand, Baby Gourmet, since 2016 building a community of moms and parents online through social media, public relations and brand marketing. Major content successes have come from developing partnerships on a national scale that build brand trust. Working with professionals like Registered Dietitians, Pediatricians, and parenting experts to speak to major trends and topics on feeding, behaviour, raising children and more, have all been key components to creating standout content.

THE CHALLENGE

Find a budget-friendly solution to engage real moms with a network of their own to drive brand awareness, prompt product trial, encourage user-generated content and reach a new audience of potential customers.

OUR STRATEGY

To do this, we implemented a micro-influencer program in 2019 that focused on moms and parents across Canada, providing them with our product and asking them to give it a try. The initial goal was to engage moms with 3,000 followers or less.

THE RESULTS

We believed the product would speak for itself without requiring a firm commitment from brand partners and we were right. Not only were we able to connect with new parents, but we were also able to alleviate the need to create constant Instagram Story content and repurpose engaging user-generated content.
