Digital Marketing Strategist

We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our account team and lead the day-to-day execution of our client’s digital campaigns. Responsible for the development and delivery of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn & more, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work with key client accounts to consult and advise on best practices to achieve their goals. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for digital media, developing strategy and showcasing proven results.

Your Experience

  • 3 years of hands-on experience building campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google & LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics as well as publishing platforms such as Hootsuite or Sprout

  • Strong analytical eye and experience with pulling and looking at reporting data

  • Excellent organization and project management skills 

  • History of managing client relationships

  • Experience developing and executing results-driven campaigns for clients in the lifestyle, tourism, hospitality, fashion, beauty sectors, and/or non-profit sectors. 

  • Google Ad or Meta Blueprint certifications are an asset


Your Day to Day Responsibilities

60% Digital Campaign Development & Optimization

25% Account Management

15% Reporting & Analytics 

  • Develop and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, LinkedIn & more.

  • Consult with clients and internal team members on paid media strategies that best meet client objectives, budgets and goals

  • Collaborate with internal design team and account managers to ensure cohesive messaging and brand creative

  • Manage campaign budgets and tactics to maximize return on investment

  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and adjust approach and targeting when necessary

  • Develop post- campaign ad analysis and wrap reports with key insights

  • Stay up-to-date on new and current digital platforms and ad capabilities
