Cushman

& Wakefield

Asset Services

We love fashion around here and that’s why our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield’s shopping centres across the country has been a perfect fit. Over the years, we’ve worked with individual shopping centres across the country on their day-to-day marketing, including social media and digital strategy, all the way to hoarding and billboard creation, crisis communications and public relations support.

Along the way we’ve pulled together some pretty incredible campaigns, including the reintroduction of Nova Scotia’s fabled talking Christmas tree, Woody. We used a variety of out of home marketing tactics, influencer campaigns and a playful social media presence to create buzz and even landed Woody cameos on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Late Show with James Corden.

HOW WE DO IT:

People gathered around a large decorated Christmas tree in a shopping mall, taking pictures of a giant Christmas display with a face, surrounded by smaller artificial trees and holiday decorations.
A woman with long brown hair in a black top and blue jeans standing in front of a decorative sign that says 'MAY' and 'WESOME' made of colorful balloons at Cornwall Centre.
A woman smiling and looking to the side, standing indoors against a beige wall. The image has text that says, 'Enter to Win! Own the Trends' with a maroon circular graphic.
Graphic design for Food Fest with yellow background and illustrations of food items, including ice cream, burger, hot dog, fries, slice of pizza, drink, and utensils. Text reads 'Food Fest' with fork and spoon icons.
Four hands emerging from holes in a gray background, holding different food items: a coffee cup with a cardboard sleeve, a skewer of fried shrimp, a chocolate chip cookie, and a hamburger with lettuce and tomato. Black text above reads "MIDTOWN COMMON," with smaller text below saying "Grand Opening" and the date "JULY 25, 2019."
A woman wearing a straw hat and a beige t-shirt carrying a brown shoulder bag filled with green vegetables, standing in front of a promotional poster for Cornwall Centre about preparing to return to the office.
Colorful carnival or fair signpost with arrows pointing to different attractions like games, prizes, tickets, and directions, inside a shopping mall.
